GWP Dispatch

GWP Dispatch is the press hub for Great Western Productions — a practitioner-run operation building e-commerce automation, internet radio, and creative properties.

This publication exists to document what we actually ship: the systems, the decisions, what broke, and how we fixed it.

What we publish

Wire posts are short announcements (300–500 words) about work shipped across GWP properties — new case studies, catalog expansions, programming updates, and releases.

Field Reports are practitioner essays (600–800 words) on specific implementations: n8n workflow architecture, streaming infrastructure, print-on-demand at scale, automation decisions.

Dispatches are editorial commentary (400–600 words) on the broader ecosystem — Shopify, AI tooling, e-commerce trends — written from the perspective of someone who works in it.

Publishing cadence: 2–4 times per month.
